Service Description

Your first nutritional consult is an evaluation that includes your medical intake, diet and lifestyle and your goals as to what you would like to improve. A report of findings is then generated with diet, supplement and lifestyle suggestions to help you reach your improved health goals. This report is discussed at your first follow-up nutritional consult. Additional followup appointments are set to adjust your program as needed.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hours notice of the need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Thank you for your consideration!
